Notre agence de Nîmes, recherche un Chef de projet foncier (H/F) dans le cadre d'un remplacement.
🎯 Vous serez amené(e) à :
Prendre en charge la gestion complète des projets fonciers (particuliers, promoteurs, collectivités…)
Pour mener à bien cette mission, vous devez :

Assurer la relation clients : établir les différents échanges, analyser les besoins, réaliser les devis, négocier, créer une relation de confiance, répondre aux sollicitations de façon adaptée.

Mener les projets : déterminer les choix opérationnels adaptés aux objectifs et contraintes, préparer le projet avec méthodologie, organiser, planifier, définir les besoins humains et matériels, assurer le suivi administratif et financier du projet.

Effectuer les travaux de bornage et de division : définir les plans, les PV, les réunions contradictoires.
-
Réaliser les dossiers d'urbanisme : établir les déclarations préalables de travaux, déposer les demandes de permis d'aménager, obtenir les informations sur le terrain.

Etre capable de remonter régulièrement les informations inhérentes à son activité au responsable hiérarchique et l’alerter sur les problèmes rencontrés.

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation d’Ingénieur Géomètre type ESGT, INSA, ESTP ou êtes Technicien confirmé disposant de solides connaissances et expériences dans le domaine Foncier.

Vous justifiez d’au moins 10 ans d’expérience en tant que Technicien confirmé, ou vous êtes un profil plus junior diplômé en tant qu’Ingénieur.

Vous maîtrisez les logiciels Autocad, Covadis ainsi que le pack Office.

Vous êtes titulaire du permis B, et vous êtes disponible pour quelques déplacements ponctuel (un véhicule de service est mis à disposition).
